LABJ Talks Joe's Parking

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — The LA Business Journal's current issue takes a look at Downtown parking. The article, "Parking Lot Titan Prepares to Build Up," focuses on Joe Lumer, of Joe's Parking.

Between the two operations, Lumer estimates the companies have about 10,000 parking spaces, which would give him control of roughly 10 percent of all downtown
