Lofts, Lofts and Condos

I’m walking around checking out buildings on the Downtown Living Open House today, but I only made it to two before I had to break for lunch. I started at the PE Lofts building, where they had two units fully furnished as demos. It’s a cool building; I took some pictures and I’ll put those online later this afternoon. Then I walked over to the Eastern Columbia Lofts but was disappointed to find they only had a portion of the ground floor space open.

But I better hurry up and eat… Many more places to see.

I always wanted to see the lobby of the eastern building. Will they restore it to oricinal?

I’ll write up more on the open house later, but I wouldn’t know a thing about the Eastern Columbia from what we got to see today. Only some ground floor space was open and it was all wrapped in plastic. All they had was some generic literature and an interest list. I really do want to see that building once they’ve actually got it somewhere near done, though. -e;
