Red Car Study Ready to Roll
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — This week's Downtown News also includes a short notice that a consultant has been selected for the Downtown Red Car Study. If you remember back to December, I covered the release of the RFP. Now the interesting part starts, as the consultant begins to do public outreach and look into feasibility. $100k isn't a whole lot of money for a study, but it's a good start for just seeing if this is something that's at all reasonable.
