New Life for Hall of Justice?

I haven't heard of any conclusion in the fight over who's going to pay to repair Downtown's Hall of Justice, red-tagged since the '94 quake. Even so, it appears there's some kind of work going on inside. I think this building is an amazing bit of architecture (at least from the outside), so I hope that this is a step on the road to rehabilitating it enough to allow occupancy.

ooooh, that's one of my favorite buildings downtown. i'll look into my sources and see what i can find. lets go "urban explore" this treasure...there's gotta be an unsecure opening somewhere!
