Some Non-News for a Sunday.

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — The other day -- Friday, actually -- I was biking back home from Hollywood and had to stop at the light at 2nd and Figueroa. As I'm waiting for a green so that I can ride through the tunnel a pizza delivery guy passes heading north on Fig on a bike. It looked that he was probably on a delivery; I think the bag on the back looked loaded. Yet in his hand was a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon. He took a drink while crossing the intersection.

No point to the story, I just thought it was funny.

I've also decided that the 2nd St. tunnel is my new favorite way to get from the Hollywood/Elysian Park area back over to the Historic Core on a bicycle.
