DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — This week's LA City Beat looks at odd restaurant locations and about half of them happpen to be Downtown. Several mentions of non-asian locations in Chinatown, Traxx at Union Station (I don't consider that one so odd, but I'm through there every day), and La Bella Cucina, connected to the Downtown Car Wash over by Hotel Figueroa and Staples Center.
