Farmers' Market

By Eric Richardson
Published: Thursday, July 28, 2005, at 06:37PM

The second edition of the Artists' District Farmers' Market is this Saturday, from 9am to 2pm. From an email:

The market includes beautiful farm fresh produce, honey, organic produce, sprouts, flowers, orchids, Eliki olive oil, feta cheese, balsamic vinegars and Greek appetizers, salad dressings and dips, really great bread and sandwiches by Bread Bar, Groundwork coffee, Brenda's fresh roasted peanuts, Corn Maiden tamales and the Hawaiian Chicken guy. We'll soon be joined by the Pitfire Pizza Company.

We'll have live jazz this weekend and free parking in Joe's lot at Third and Hewitt.

I may just have to go check things out.

Did you make it to the market? I'm curious what was meant by the Hawaiian Chicken guy. Do you know if it was Huli Huli chicken?
