Downtown the Film Set

I'd love to know what film the pictured setup on Flower just north of 5th Street is for. This would appear to be part of the same shoot that's been set up on Lower Grand.

The dressing is very Asian, including the lettering on advertisements and the fictional street references on the pedestrian overpass to the Bonaventure. The whole thing has a bit of a Bladerunner feel to it.

My favorite set dressing, though? A bank of air conditioners installed on the 4th Street side of the Bonaventure. Either that or the crowded racks of bikes they've installed. All in all a cool set design.

Update (Monday): Two commenters and an email have confirmed the shoot is for Mission Impossible 3.

I've been told it's Mission Impossible 3.

I was walking up Flower Street during my lunch break today (Tuesday), and asked the police officer what was going on. He said they would be filming "Mission Impossible 3" all night tonight, and Tom Cruise would be there.

They have also added Chinese markings on the street pavement both on Flower near the Bonaventure and on 4th Street near the Hope Street overpass.
