Downtown Art Ride

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Thursday was the February incarnation of the Downtown Art Ride, a ride that takes participants on a survey of all the galleries participating in the Downtown Art Walk. Downtown blogger eecue was the one with the idea, and for this ride I put together a route map that we printed out and put into galleries as publicity.
The idea is simple: the Art Walk is too big to walk, but perfectly sized to bike. Come on the ride, spend 10 minutes in each gallery, and when the ride's over go back to the ones you really liked to check out in more depth. We meet at 5pm on Art Walk days (second Thursday of each month) at Downtown Art Gallery (http://www.downtownag.com). Ride leaves DAG at 5:30. Bring a lock.

Hey Fellas, Thanks so much for putting together a great program... I love it b/c it promotes seeing as many art galleries as possible. I'll make sure this makes it on the Gallery Row website. Perhaps one day, I'll get a bike and join you, though I'm sure I'll be lagging behind all you health nuts.

Celia: Here you go. Only $12.99. I'm sure you could find something locally as well.
