No Treasure, but a Good Hunt

By Eric Richardson
Published: Monday, April 03, 2006, at 05:24PM

Me and Eazy E Yesterday was the LA Treasure Hunt, and I participated as a rider for team "Nobody Bikes in LA.". Will, Dave, Mack and I showed up an eclectic mix of bikes and won neither first nor last place. Counting the ride to and from Echo Park I think I did 28 miles, which wouldn't have been as bad if it weren't such a hilly course. I actually feel pretty decent today, but I was dead last night.

I put together a (hopefully correct) map of our route via Gmaps Pedometer. Alternately, here's a .kmz file for Google Earth.

For more see: Mack's Riding the LA Treasure Hunt and Dave's My Legs, My Back... Actually No, Just My Legs! A Tale of a Scavenger Hunt

The photo of me and Eazy E is Mack's. That was one of the required stops (at Disney Hall, even).

You look like Joaquin Phoenix in that photo.
