Far from Downtown

And just so it doesn't seem like I'm all business when I shouldn't be, here's a shot of Kathy and me standing in front of a great waterfall here in Kauai.

The hike was about eight miles roundtrip, and a good chunk of it was thoroughly challenging. I think I underestimated it a bit; when we made it back to the car I was just about dead.

I can't say I'll be excited to head back to normal life -- though it'll be a new normal life, to be sure -- but I know there's plenty of exciting stuff going on Downtown to get back to. We fly back to LA on Wednesday and get to start setting up an apartment full of packed boxes.
