Heading Back
NORTH MUSKEGON, Mich. — In just a few minutes Kathy and I leave Michigan to head back to LA. It's been good to be back with family and friends, but as usual I'm excited to get back to Downtown.
No updates until at least this evening, but after that we'll be back to a normal schedule. Heck, I've even got a few ideas for posts I make work on while flying.
Update (Wednesday morning): Slight change of plans. We spent the night in Chicago and fly back into LA today, so take all that I said about yesterday and just move it forward one day.

Beautiful pictures, I thought the lake would be covered with ice this time of year.
How big is the town of Muskegon? Population wise I mean.

It was unseasonably warm in Michigan while we were there. No snow at all. The night after I took that shot the temps dipped down a bit and there was a thin layer of ice on part of Bear Lake the next morning, but nothing substantial.
The town of Muskegon has a population of approximately 40,000. North Muskegon, where I went to high school, has a population just over 4,000.
