SCI-Arc Students One Step Closer to Being Housed

One Santa Fe Yesterday I saw a press release talking about financing for the One Santa Fe project and scratched my head a bit. That's not a name that's been on my radar, but the release mentions 400+ apartment units.

As I started to do a little digging I found some renders on Michael Maltzan's impossible to link Flash site, but still was having a tough time visualizing exactly what they were talking about.

But that's what I like about the internet: other people dig too. This morning I awoke to find a write-up at Angelenic, for which Rico had found a Metro newsletter from March with a great rendering of the project in context.

Now that I can see it, I think this looks cool. The press release gives a completion date of 2010.
