Next Tuesday: Dog Day Afternoon
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES —
Next Tuesday the Downtown Center BID and the Cathedral are hosting a canine mixer for Downtown dogs and peoples. The event will take place from 6:30 to 9pm on the Cathedral plaza on Temple, between Hill and Grand.
Though the event is titled “Dog Day Afternoon,” those of us who live Downtown without pets are still invited. I inquired if there would be an option to rent a dog for the evening, but it seems that service won’t be available (or advisable, I suppose). We’ll have to content ourselves with Dodger dogs, which will be for sale through the Cafe.
Dog or no, this sounds like a great time to come out and say hi to some other Downtowners on a Tuesday evening.
For full information, check out the invite PDF.
