Another Shooting at Club 740
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — CBS has a story this morning about a shooting outside Club 740, the controversial nightclub next door to the Chapman. Two were injured in an incident that has become far too common for the club. For more background on the club and its political relationships, this June LA Weekly piece is a must-read. Among other things, it brings up that the building the club is in is owned by Farhad Yousefzadeh, president of the Historic Downtown Business Improvement District.
