The Downtown NET Shuttle?

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — This sign hangs on Main street as you go from 3rd to 2nd, advertising a stop for the "Downtown NET Shuttle." If such a service exists for LA then both Google and I have yet to hear of it. There is a Norfolk Electric Transit (NET) Downtown Shuttle in Norfolk, VA, though, which forces me to think that this sign got left up after filming.
The last thing our over-signed Downtown needs is pretend signage cluttering up our streets. Life's confusing enough with the plethora of wayfinding, parking and transit signs real agencies install.
