DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — "We are from West Covina!" joked front man Danny Estrada of the East L.A. based-band Upground, closing out Pershing Square's Downtown on Ice Winter concert series this afternoon. Tomorrow, Monday, January 21, is the last day for skating, in case anyone wants to get one last trip and fall on the ice rink.
