OG is "The Man" at City Hall

OG Man takes the Podium at City Hall Chambers, accompanied by Councilwoman Jan Perry, Councilman Jose Huizar and Blair Besten of Amerland.
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Last Friday morning, Benito "The Commissioner" Compito was honored for his Skid Row 3 on 3 Basketball League at City Hall chambers. 9th District Council member Jan Perry and 14th District Council member José Huizar led speeches thanking Compito for his efforts to empower Skid Row residents through sport.
As covered earlier, Compito, who is better known as OG Man, started a Father’s Day tournament that grew into a competitive league offering organized recreation in Central City East.
Illustrating how much community support this league has received since its inception were the medals (sponsored by The Amerland Group) and the (very) tall stack of certificates waiting to be passed out to participants.
