DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — It's Monday, August 18th, and City Council is on recess for the week. Even DLANC's Arts committee is taking the month off for folks to enjoy a last bit of summer. It's a good week to take a break from Council matters and go enjoy some of the great events going on around Downtown.
