D'Sean Ross performs at the first Comedy Walk, back in January.

If you’re sitting at home right now without an agenda for the evening, you may be interested to know the the Comedy Walk is set to kick off in just a little bit, at 8:30 this evening. It’s the monthly event’s first foray outside the friendly audience-attracting confines of the Downtown Art Walk, and is the pilot for the “Culture Crawl,” a second cultural night for the Historic Core.

Tonight’s event features six stages centered around 5th and Spring. Two are at the New LATC (514 S. Spring), another two at Spring Arts Tower (207 - 215 W. 5th), and the Rowan Building (460 S. Spring) and Weeneez (500 S. Spring) each host a single stage.

The night runs from 8:30pm - 10pm, and all shows are free.

I hate reading about the events I would have been interested in attending the day after they happen. The event needs to give more of a notice so they can get to these blogs more timely

Comedy Walk was still pulling their details together until the last second, but we did include it as part of our round-up of events from Tuesday.
