On Wednesday, outdoor furniture was returned to Starbucks at 11th and Grand.

After a barren month, the Starbucks at 11th and Grand got its furniture back on Wednesday evening. It may not be the highest profile development for Downtown life, but the missing seating was the talk off the neighborhood for the weeks it was gone.

The Starbucks, the first in South Park when it opened two years ago, sits in the ground floor of Elleven. The streetscaping around the South Group's three buildings -- Elleven, Luma and Evo -- required variances from street widening rules, but now serves as a model for the Planning department Urban Design Studio's Downtown Design Guidelines.
