A massive display on the ESPN building has been alerting Staples Center patrons to the upcoming broadcasts.
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Broadcasts from ESPN's new west coast studios at L.A. Live are set to kick off on April 6, according to a massive display facing drivers on Figueroa. The facility will be home to the late-night Sportscenter broadcast, airing at 1am on the east coast and 10pm locally.
The network announced last month that anchors Neil Everett and Stan Verrett will be moving from Bristol, Conn., to L.A. to headline the broadcast, which will also replay from 6am - 9am on the east coast. The pair will be joined in the move by anchor Stuart Scott, who will work out of the Los Angeles bureau.
The facility includes two studios, one dedicated to Sportscenter, and two control rooms. Underneath the studio is the L.A. Live ESPN Zone, which will offer patrons a live view of what's going on in the studios above.

Amen Naturallawyer! im so sick of the east coast BS that is spewed by ESPN. This should be fun though, with Staples right next door, it should lead to cool snippets, interviews with athletes and celebs, and more LA sports coverage, from the Kings to the Lakers.
