Pair of Easter Egg Hunts Offer Options for Downtown Kids

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Downtowners with little ones should take note of a pair of Easter offerings taking place this weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, Pershing Square and New City Church back to back days of holiday-themed events.
Pershing Square's "Eggstravaganza" Egg Hunt takes place on Saturday, April 11. It features arts & crafts, music, magic, storytelling and the always-popular inflatables from 11am to 4pm. Egg hunting times are divided up by age. Kids ages 5 and under get their turn at 11:30am, followed by ages 5 - 7 at 12:30pm, 8 - 10 at 1:30pm and finally kids 11 - 12 at 2:30pm.

On Sunday, New City Church offers "Easter Fest for Kids" from 10am - 3pm. Kids and adults are invited to a brunch at 10am, with kids attending NewCityKidz! during the service. Afterward, there will be an Easter egg hunt and much more in the New LATC lobby from noon to 3pm.
