L.A. Live Regal Offering Free Movies on Monday
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — The newly-opened Regal Cinemas L.A. Live takes a slight breather from Michael Jackson showings on Monday, November 2, offering seven flicks free to Downtowners. The screenings are first-come first-serve, and offer big box office summer fare.
Tickets are free, and soda and popcorn are $1 each at the upstairs snack bar. Normal showings (with normal prices) will continue below.
Films offered are: Funny People (7:00), 500 Days of Summer (7:10), District 9 (7:20), Star Trek (7:30), Up (7:40), G.I. Joe (7:50), The Proposal (8:00).
Proceeds from popcorn and soda support Inner City Arts.
