DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — A break in this afternoon’s storm brought a rainbow over Downtown, and from South Grand just north of Pico, it seemingly landed on the S. Olive entrance of the AT&T building.

Forecasters warn that the next few days will have similar storms this week, so ice skaters and Art Walkers may want to plan ahead and invest in a sturdy umbrella.
