While Pete Carroll's favor with Los Angeles football fans may not be high right now, his work in the area continues via A Better LA, the non-profit he started while football coach at USC.

Will Ferrell and Jack Black and Kyle Gass of Tenacious D are among those participating in a February 20th fundraiser for the organization, but on Friday, January 22, all proceeds from a special 2-for-1 ticket special will go to the Red Cross and its relief work in Haiti.

Also participating in the "Make It Better" event are comedians Demetri Martin, Aubrey Plaza, Rob Riggle, Nick Swardson, along with Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim from the show, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!. The night is part of AEG's Season of Giving campaign.

Tickets start at $45 and are available via Ticketmaster. The 2-for-1 deal will be available from 10am to 10pm.

Update (Jan 27): AEG says that Friday's 2-for-1 deal raised over $90,000 for Haiti relief.
