Blues rocker George Thorogood visits the Grammy Museum's 200-seat Sound Stage on Wednesday, April 14, for an interview and a performance with The Destroyers. Tickets are on sale now, but we've got a few pairs for blogdowntown readers interested in being there.

The interview will be conducted by GRAMMY Foundation and MusiCares Vice President Scott Goldman, who the museum describes as "a great guitarist himself."

Want to see the show? We've got three pairs of tickets to give away. Just leave a comment telling us why you should win, and be sure to log in or include contact information. Contest closes Wednesday at 10am.

I should win because he's bad to the bone! and I have never seen him live.

Oh god, I love George Thorogood! I once listened to One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer on loop in my car for like four hours straight! I know it's his most popular song, and I know he has a lot of other good ones too (Who do you love??? eh? eh?) but I was and AM obsessed with his music! Free tickets?! Sounds too amazing to be true...

how about because I drink alone and should probably drink with those other 199 people. Every once in a while a meet up with my buddy johhny walker and his brothers blackie and red. But generally I drink alone. With no body else, and except for this concert. Prefer to by myself...

I wanna go 'cuz I'm as in love with the Grammy Museum (and DTLA in general) as I am with the Georgester! I'd do all the right things -- walk to the event after having dinner at a local restaurant, and stop off for a nightcap on the walk home! I might even air-guitar the opening riff of "Bad to the Bone" as I went.

I've been a huge fan since I was a kid. My mom even meet George at LAX when she worked for United & got me his autograph. That was over 20 years ago & I still have it, framed on my wall. It reads "To David George Thorgood Be nice to your mom she's the only one you'll ever have!"

I should win because when my mother was pregnant with me, she would put "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer" on and I would kick in time with it. I can honestly say I've been a fan since I was in the womb!
