Signage at 12th and Hill announces the new AT&T Center home of classical station KUSC.

Classical music station KUSC is up and running from its new studio at South Park's AT&T Center according to an email from the station excerpted over at L.A. Observed. Founded in 1946, the station is Los Angeles' only FM broadcaster with a full-time classical format.

The station, found at 91.5 FM, started its life in a cramped studio at USC, but has made its home Downtown since the late 1970s. Before today, the station's broadcasts originated from an office in Manulife Plaza at 5th and Figueroa.
