Rita Levine shows off the Generation Green (G2) Bottle Cutter at the CHA Sneak Peek on Friday.

The L.A. Convention Center is the headquarters for the Craft & Hobby Association's (CHA) Winter Conference & Trade Show, one of two yearly events which bring in close to 5,000 craft enthusiasts from all over the country.

Today marked the launch of the six-day series of workshops, seminars, events, and demos that cover everything from card making to social media marketing strategies.

Additionally, L.A. Convention Center's South Hall and Kentia Hall will feature hundreds of vendors selling the hottest new crafting products.

On Friday evening's Sneak Peek event, 20 of the most buzz-worthy crafting items were showcased, where buyers and media got a first-hand look at some of the products to be featured in the Conference Center's massive exhibition space.

In order to register for the CHA event, you must be a CHA member or pre-qualified non-member.

The event runs through Februry 1st. Visit the CHA website for a full schedule and registration information.
