DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — California Home+Design is looking for L.A.'s sexiest hotel room, and the magazine has selected the Figueroa Hotel to carry the banner for Downtown in its final dozen selections.

I would love to see this hotel get brought by a chain but yet retain its theming and making it more boutique. It has a lot of potential how about building an expansion next door also maybe making the Olympic face area all L.E.D. IOW, give this hotel icon status while still retaining its heavy theme.
