DCBID Survey 2011

The Downtown Center BID launched its 2011 demographic survey on Monday, hoping to use feedback from those who live, work and visit Downtown to lure new businesses into the neighborhood.

Specifically targeted for the 2011 survey is Trader Joe's, a company that's been on the business group's "Most Wanted" list for years. The grocer gets its own survey question, asking how likely respondents would be to shop if the store opened up Downtown.

The 2008 survey featured a Target logo front and center. The retailer signed a lease at 7+Fig in November.

Also specifically called out is DCBID's recruitment efforts on 7th Street. A question asks what retailers and eateries respondents would like to see along the street.

The survey is available online and takes 10-15 minutes to fill out.
