A framework for stadium negotiations, affordable housing funds for One Santa Fe and a ban on Convention Center raves are among the items on the agendas at City Hall this week.

MONDAY: Three committees meet.

At 8am, the Ad Hoc Committee on the Proposed Downtown Stadium and Events Center met for the first time to consider negotiating principles laid out by the CLA's office. The report, filed under CF 11-0023, anticipates a one-year negotiating process.

Also at committee was a discussion on choosing on architect for the West Hall replacement. That report is filed as CF 11-0023-S2.

TUESDAY: Council meets, as does one committee.

The One Santa Fe project in the Arts District will get Council approval for $4 million in affordable housing funds under CF 10-1283-S1. The money comes from the Central Industrial redevelopment area, which the One Santa Fe project sits just outside of.

An alley near 6th and Bixel heads to Council for vacation under CF 11-0615. G.H. Palmer and Associates requested the vacation.

WEDNESDAY: Council returns, as do two committees.

Raves would be banned at the Convention Center under CF 11-0217, which goes to Trade, Commerce and Tourism committee. The motion doesn't make clear whether the Convention Center has actually hosted any rave events.

Council hears comments on a "Public Convenience or Necessity" determination for Pattern Bar at 9th and Main under CF 11-0530.

Street banners for Homeboy Diner's new location on the 2nd floor of City Hall would be permitted under CF 11-0621, which heads to Council.
