DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — One of the best point guards in NBA history is about to join the Los Angeles Lakers in a three-year deal worth $27 million.
Steve Nash, 38, won the NBA's MVP award in 2005 and 2006 and is expected to complete his trade from the Phoenix Suns on July 11 and become the Lakers' new floor general.
