I'm Back

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Kathy & I landed at LAX a little after midnight last night and returned to an apartment filled with boxes. We’ve got a lot of settling in ahead of us, but it’s good to be back to Downtown.

I owe a big thanks to David Kennedy for tending the site in my absense. I’m excited to catch up on the conversations that happened here while I was gone.

First things I noticed upon getting back:

The Hanover sure is going up fast. Many I just haven’t been down in South Park much lately, but I was surprised to see its parking levels so high above ground.

Really great to see a leasing sign on the Mandell Lofts. That building looked dead for so long. Hopefully sometime soon they’ll finally get that awful scaffolding off the sidewalk.
