DTLA dining updates: Gluten-free burgers, French entrees and a new Fatburger
— 3 CommentsMignon wine bar has expanded their menu to include french entrees and appetizers, and The Counter has rolled out a gluten-free menu that includes milkshakes and beer. The hamburger chain Fatburger has just opened doors on Figueroa.

South Park to get new Girl Scout troops (which means more Girl Scout cookies) this fall

Homeless survey results aim to help Skid Row's most vulnerable find housing

City officials ask Supreme Court to overturn homeless possession injunction

Funky Sole takes over Grand Park for free, nighttime dance party
This Thursday night DTLA's Grand Park will turn into a dance party; there will a full-service bar on the lawn, a performance by Breakestra and DJ sets by the crew behind Funky Soul, a weekly soul dance party at nightclub The Echo.

Vigil to be held today in DTLA for Canadian woman found dead at Cecil Hotel
The Downtown Clergy Council is hosting a candlelight vigil on Tuesday in front of the Cecil Hotel to honor the Canadian woman who was found dead in the water tank there earlier this week.

Health official: 'This outbreak of TB is not a threat to the public at large'
