Second Meeting for Downtown Resident's Association
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Coming across the newdowntown mailing list the other day was notice that the second meeting of the Downtown Resident's Association is tonight at 8pm. It's being held at 727 Gallery (map).
From their new yahoogroups page:
Resident's Association of Downtown LA is a grass roots organization formed in March 2005 to addres the needs of the growing downtown residential community. This focus will initially be on those issues of the Historic Core nieghborhood and the adjacent Central City East neighborhood.
I'm hoping to get a chance to make it out, since I missed the first meeting last month.
Update (10pm): I didn't make it, so I'd love it if someone dropped me an email summary.
