DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — I didn’t make it to tonight’s Downtown Parking Study meeting up at the DWP building, but I’d be interested to hear from anyone who did. What did you take away from the meeting? Did you get a feeling anything was actually going to happen based on this study?
