DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — If you tried to access the site today and couldn't get here, you weren't alone. Connection issues forced me to make some changes with less than optimal timing. The end result was that the combination of downtime and DNS propagation has kept the site down most of the day.

On the bright side, if you're seeing this message that means you're now seeing the new setup and that everything's ok.

It is about time. I lost tons of referrals to my blog . I was finally close to hitting 200 hits a day , that is until you went down.

Hopefully with you up again I can begin that increase forward for the blog.

I am taking a new turn with the blog at Central City East. With the enforcement of the Safer Cities Initiative ratcheting up . I am being threatened on the streets due to my involvement with the Central City East Neighborhood Watch Walk, so only time will tell when I am murdered. It is only a matter of time.

So I am going to start more personal video blogging at my site on issues affecting the neighborhood, eps. skid row and and more candid about how I feel about certain subjects.

I am not going to stop walking the neighborhood watch walk. I won't be intimidated.
