CERT Flyer If you’ve ever wanted to know how to respond in case of an emergency, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training may be for you. DLANC is working to put together a list of Downtowners interesting in the three days of training sessions.

What will you learn?

The training will teach you how to manage utilities and put out small fires, treat the three medical killers by opening airways, controlling bleeding, and treating for shock, provide basic medical aid, search for and rescue victims safely, organize yourself and spontaneous volunteers to be

effective, and collect disaster intelligence to support first responder efforts.

Download the flyer, hang it in your building and get onto to the mailing list to find out when the training will be offered.
