Ed Plays Softball with Fishbowl
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Our own Ed Fuentes gets a Q&A on Fishbowl LA today. The category is ostensibly "Our Town", but the questions don't have any sort of a particular LA-bent to them.
I can't figure out quite what to make of this exchange:
character of fiction you most resemble?
This month, I'm Sancho to Eric Richardson's Don Quixote.
Kathy and I actually just recently went to see the A Noise Within production of Man of La Mancha. I'm a little unclear on whether Ed's saying that I'm a bit delusional here or not.
Comments
A major supermarket Downtown is the "Windmill" being chased the last few months. A more pragmatic "Sancho", the sidekick, would have recommended Vons.com with ironic wit and earth-bound humor (and he did).
The Impossible Dream, Ralph's, opens its door Friday.
# on Jul.16.2007 AT 02:32 PMNot to spoil your analogy, but I thought you recommended Vons.com to me after I was already using it.
# on Jul.16.2007 AT 02:52 PMEd,
I enjoyed the twenty questions Kate Coe asked you, hope your comrades Eric and David are featured as well one day soon.
# on Jul.17.2007 AT 12:39 AMthose questions/answers aren't illuminating enough. i want ed to answer five more questions.
# on Jul.17.2007 AT 01:16 PMJim: That would make the cast complete, and give blogdowntown a Miss Downtown candidate.
Ed Padgett: That's a good idea. Both gentlemen have been around a while longer.
Celia: I have no comment at this time.
