Tonight's Downtown Art Walk will have a performance addition to the Art Walk DASH as poets will be onboard offer prose and bits of history as you roam galleries. Rather than give you a full preview, I want to highlight two spots sometimes missed by those who walk or ride around Gallery Row.

Morono Kiang Gallery is a stop to put on your list. Located on the side of the Bradbury Building (213 E 3rd St) they currently have Unpredictable: Chen Wei and Jin Shan New Photography from China.

Also off the path is Gary Leonard Open Studio (740 S Olive) where tonight Carlos Guitarlos play a blues acoustical set while you browse through a full library of Gary's prints.

A DotDotDash on tonight's walk can be expected.

I went on the art walk for the first time this past Thursday, and was blown away. It was so much fun, and was really such a different downtown LA than any I've ever seen before. I'll definitely be back with friends in tow next month!
