Howdy folks, I hope everybody got my point earlier this week. It is scary to think that 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will get cancer in their lifetime and in 85% of the time it is because of lifestyle choices. I say no more, let’s end this needless trend now.
I was talking to someone at a birthday party this weekend and we were discussing health issues. They said that we are all going to die of something someday, so we should eat whatever we want and have fun doing it. Memorial Day Weekend! I trust everyone played hard or caught up on their sleep this wonderful holiday weekend. I took a few naps and played with friends as much as I could. There are 86 days and counting till summer. This is a friendly reminder for you to get it in gear and shape up before it is officially here. If you are already hot and in shape, then set a new goal for June 21. Run a faster mile than you could before. Lift heavier weights for more reps. Bike your usual course faster. Sprint to the top of a steep hill without stopping. Add additional laps during your pool workouts. Whatever it is, use this time to push yourself to do something that you would love to be able to accomplish but were reluctant to try.
