DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Looking for a middle-of-the-night caffeine fix? With the opening of the new hotel tower at L.A. Live, the entertainment complex's Starbucks is testing out a 2am close time. It's a three-month trial, but the store will make the new hours permanent if the business is there.
Starting this week, the 2am close will take place every night except for Sunday, when the store will shut down at 1am.
