DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Services for Los Angeles Firefighter Glenn L. Allen will take place Downtown at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels on Friday morning, impacting commute routes through the Civic Center.

At 8:30am, a procession will lead from the City Hall South Lawn to the Cathedral, where a 9:30am funeral service will take place.

Starting at 6am, Temple Street will be closed between Los Angeles Street and Grand Avenue. Main Street will be closed between 2nd and Temple, while Hill Street will be closed between 1st and Ord.

The closures will also bring detours for a number of Metro bus routes. Affected lines include the 2, 4, 10 (Rte. 48), 14 (Rte. 37), 30, 40, 42, 45, 55 (Rte. 355), 60, 70, 71, 76, 78 (Rte. 79), 81, 83, 84 (Rte. 68), 90 (Rte. 91), 92, 94, 96. 439, 445, 485, 487 (Rte. 489), 728, 730, 733, 740, 745, 770, 794 and the 910.
