DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Navigating Downtown can be tricky enough without running into an unexpected street closure. We'll try to help you out, posting notices from film shoots that include full street closures.

The Historic Core gets a rare weekday street closure this week, as Fox takes over Main street between 6th and 7th for '24.' The block will be closed both Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 3:30pm.

While rush hour shouldn't see much effect, DASH D service will certainly be affected by the detour onto Los Angeles street. Buses will likely return to Main at 5th street.

DESCRIPTION OF SCENE: Atmospheric smoke effects. Brandishing of weapons. Driving scenes. Emergency vehicles with flashing lights. Equipment on sidewalk, in curb lane & across the street. Interior and exterior dialogue. Occasional traffic and pedestrian control. Stunt driving. Wetting of street. Generator & picture vehicles.
