Actually, there is room enough in South Park to squeeze in a stadium. It would be a tight fit, but it's do-able. The orientation of the street grid to north south is perfect; the axis from home plate to second base could match that of Fig/Flower/Hope/Grand and spectators could see the great skyline as backdrop - to a field of dreams.
But assembling all of the land, that would be one big chunk of change!
